Life Group Saturday Bike Ride

Second life group bike ride. Similar route to last month, Timnath to Fort Collins. This is a bit longer.
Day was forecast to get to near 100s, so made an earlier than usual start. This thwarted my plan to finish a ride at a local brewery for post tour social. I did float out getting post ride brunch as the Chicken and Donuts place. This was why I picked the church parking lot in Timnath to start. As it worked out, nobody was available to brunch.
We lost our first rider, Mike a few miles in. His bike couldn't shift, so he turned back. The volume of traffic on the Poudre trail was much higher than usual. I think the temperate forecast compressed the number of user to the early morning. Haven and JL bailed at Stuart street. The constant slowing for pedestrian traffic was working with their desire to make the ride a training ride. We continued to Spring Canyon Park. Everyone else left us there. Grace and I biked back from Spring Canyon to Timnath.
