Choux Paste stuffed with Shrimp

Choux Pastry is fun cooking. The method provides for extrememely flaky, hollow pastry. The most common, traditional use is making cream puffs. Sweeting the dough a bit and using a sweet cream filling for a treat.
Sunday, I decide to whip up some Choux Paste and make some shells to stuff with a peanut curry shrimp.
The Choux was just
- 1 cup water
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- and a pinch of salt
For the curry I combined
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- ¼ cup of peanut butter
- 3T of curry power
- with red pepper flakes, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and cilantro.
The sauce was added to saute'd pepper and shrimp. And the curry was stuffed into the choux rolls.
